Mission
The Chemical Engineering Students Society (aka ChESS) aims at an all-round development of students with plenty of fun activities and events, be it personal hobbies or sports and technical stuffs. The society is well focused to help students gain theoretical and technical knowledge with practicality at every step. Students are provided with ample amount of opportunities to implement all that they’ve gained in academics and real life.
About ChESS
ChESS is the students society of IET Lucknow which invites an active participation , with a lot of students also joining the team , and honing their skills in every area possible .Not only does the society encourage exploring arcane abilities . Keeping in mind the spirit of students , the society puts across a number of opportunities on the table which surely helps with their personal growth as well.
Membership
For owning the membership of CHESS IET Lucknow, one goes through the following procedure:

The candidates can apply for different posts through a google form based on the interests and past experiences( if anyone possessing for the required post).

Candidates are then shortlisted on the basis of some given situational tasks for the required position.

The final procedure is a Personal Interview round where shortlisted ones would be asked a certain set of questions by PI(Personal Interview) board of Chemical Engineering Department.
