Mission
Our mission is to nurture the new creative minds with the hues of brilliance and majestic thinking. We aim at helping each other more as a family than an organisation as we carry on a healthy competitive spirit among ourselves ensuring the development of every member of the family. We welcome not only those who are good at art, rather those who want to learn are also most welcomed. We learn from each others’ experiences and always try to do something new. We have decorated various places in our college with art works like street paintings, wall paintings, posters etc. All the college fests namely Encore, Shauryotsava and Parakram are incomplete without Kalakriti. We also organise some online competitions on our fb page.
About Kalakriti
Fine Art is that confine in which the hand, the head and the heart of a person go together. Kalakriti, the fine arts team of IET nourishes future picassos, helps them to give perfection to their brush strokes, sharpness to their pencil and colours to their imaginations.
One of the oldest clubs of the college. Previously known as Fine Arts Team of the college. Adopted the name Kalakriti in year 2017.
One of the most celebrated cultural club of the college. The most famous “TIGER CHAURAHA” of the college was named after the street painting of a tiger by Kalakriti. Has won many prizes in various cultural fests in different colleges and IITs/NITs. Has got appreciation from various artists.
