Urgency: Immediate
The Executive committee (2022-2024) has announced the “Mission 2000” initiative which aims to get 2000 Lifetime members. In order to support those many numbers of registrations, we’ll have to scale our payment process.
Currently, alumni interested in taking lifetime membership at the association, are asked to make the payment through UPI offline and then send the payment confirmation to the IETLAA email where it is manually reconciled by one of the IETLAA secretaries or the treasurer. This process is not tenable.
If you have experience integrating any payment gateway, specially where there is no or zero fee, kindly let us know. We are looking for:

As we plan to address more and more alumni in live talks and seminars (GBMs and Alumni Speak series), typical video conferencing solutions like zoom and google meet will not work as they have a maximum cap on the users that can attend. We are looking for a free or low cost mass conferencing solution that can scale with our users.

As more and more events are organized by IETLAA, alumni and students, there is a need of a robust attendance system that can quickly register the names of attendees.
