IETLAA Welcomes Convergence

IETLAA extends a warm welcome to support the Convergence for every batch’s Silver Jubilee. However, IETLAA does not facilitate or endorse cash transactions. To address this, the following guidelines have been established. Given that IETLAA’s bank account undergoes annual audits, it is imperative that these financial transactions remain transparent and accessible. Any debit transactions must be substantiated with corresponding receipts.

IETLAA has recently inaugurated a dedicated bank account with the aim of assisting various batches in orchestrating their Silver Jubilee events, including fund collection and vendor payments. This process comes with the following stipulations:

  1. Withdrawals are restricted to a maximum of 3 to 4 cheques per transaction.
  2. These cheques will only be issued upon the submission of GST-compliant bills from the vendors.
  3. Alternatively, cheques can be made out in the name of IET, Lucknow, contingent upon receiving confirmation of the sponsorship amount from IETLAA.
  4. It’s important to note that IETLAA cannot be held accountable for managing multiple payments and accounting for more than 5 transactions related to GST-compliant bills or sponsorship receipts.
